1. Find the desired item. 

2. Get the product in shopping cart by clicking on the icon "Add to Cart".

3. After this, it is possible to continue your search, if you wish to purchase more. 

4. If you change your mind about the selected products, wish to make changes in fx the quantity, it is possible to delete on the delete-button or correct in the box with quantity. *Update shopping cart', if you wish to see the price after the changes. 

5. Then you go to checkout. The screenshot is called "Go to checkout".

6. On the next screenshot you choose form of payment and shipping. 

7. Then you have to fill in the customer information and possible alternative delivery address. Click "Continue". 

8. Confirm the order - the collection of order and the data you have entered. 

9. Your order will be sent when you click "End purchase". If you leave the site, before the purchase has ended, the transaction will not be completed. 

10. We will immediately send you an order confirmation to the e-mail you have entered in you customer information. 

11. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an electronic message by e-mail. 
 

PAYMENT

The cards we accept payment by, is shown as small icons in the button left of the website.

Payment will not be withdrawn from your account, when the product is SENT from us.

We encrypts all your account information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means, that unauthorised persons are not allowed access to your account number or customer information during the transaction with PBS.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We strive to send your order within 3-5 days workdays after it is received. We provide delivery with Post Danmark.

Timely delivery presupposes that Post Danmark comply day-to-day delivery.

If there are delays with Post Denmark, this will delay deliverytime. Post Danmark's quality of supply is about at least 97% of letterpackages and at least 99% of a parcel. Note however that these percentages are average, and can cover large local and temporary variations. So What Film can not be held responsible for delays in Post Denmark.

In cases of very late - more than 8 days after you receive mail that the order is shipped - or outright missed deliveries, contact So Whatmovies instantly!

Delivery to Bornholm and some small islands are not covered by the Post Danmark's goal of day-to-day delivery, with shipments to these areas can in some cases last 2 days.

So What Film are always based on day-to-day delivery. 

WARRANTY

So What Film provide a two year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, and violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified So What Film within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment, if necessary, credit. In regards of complaints, So What Film holds the shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Return of products also takes place at this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by Cash on delivery - COD. It is not a requirement but the expedition time is promoted, if complete details follow the package – f.ex. copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of bank to which reimbursement may be, copies of any previous correspondence, etc..

Reimbursement

In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer, and So What Film will therefore need information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and may be disclosed via email or other traditional correspondence.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There are 14 days return policy on goods (products) from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item unopened and in the same condition and quantity as you received them. When products are received and approved, the purchase price is repayed to your account within a few days. Cost of return, you must bear.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Denmark:
Fixed shipping charges of book, DVD and CD purchases are DKK 35,-regardless of number of goods ordered. This amount covers postage, sturdy envelope and administration.

Rest of the world:
Fixed shipping charge DKK 40,- for whatever number of goods. This amount covers postage, sturdy envelope and administration.
