If you change your mind about the selected products, wish to make changes in fx the quantity, it is possible to delete on the delete-button or correct in the box with quantity. *Update shopping cart', if you wish to see the price after the changes. 5. Then you go to checkout. The screenshot is called "Go to checkout". 6. On the next screenshot you choose form of payment and shipping. 7. Then you have to fill in the customer information and possible alternative delivery address. Click "Continue". 8. Confirm the order - the collection of order and the data you have entered. 9. Your order will be sent when you click "End purchase". If you leave the site, before the purchase has ended, the transaction will not be completed. 10. We will immediately send you an order confirmation to the e-mail you have entered in you customer information. 11. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an electronic message by e-mail. PAYMENT The cards we accept payment by, is shown as small icons in the button left of the website. Payment will not be withdrawn from your account, when the product is SENT from us. We encrypts all your account information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means, that unauthorised persons are not allowed access to your account number or customer information during the transaction with PBS. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Timely delivery presupposes that Post Danmark comply day-to-day delivery. If there are delays with Post Denmark, this will delay deliverytime. Post Danmark's quality of supply is about at least 97% of letterpackages and at least 99% of a parcel. Note however that these percentages are average, and can cover large local and temporary variations. So What Film can not be held responsible for delays in Post Denmark. In cases of very late - more than 8 days after you receive mail that the order is shipped - or outright missed deliveries, contact So Whatmovies instantly! So What Film are always based on day-to-day delivery. WARRANTY Complaints and return of products Reimbursement In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer, and So What Film will therefore need information about the registration number and account number for your bank account.
