Anders Mogensen

Anders Mogensen has since the early '90s been one of the leading drummers on the Danish jazz scene. He has toured and recorded with various international jazz artists such as Bob Berg, Brecker Brothers, Steve Swallow, Tim Hagan, Gary Thomas, Rick Margitza, Michael Formanek and Lew Soloff.

Anders Mogensen has recorded with many jazz companies worldwide and he appears on more than 70 CDs - including 6 CDs under his own name as a bandleader, producer and composer. Anders Mogensen teaches internationally and is a daily lecturer and head of the jazz department at the Carl Nielsen Academy of Music in Odense.
